Article 7 : Delivery

A-products are delivered to the address specified by the customer through the order form. The shipping cost will be communicated after the order validation, depending on package weight and destination.

B-The customer must verify the completeness and compliance information it provides. The latter can not be held responsible for any entry errors and the consequences in terms of delays or misdelivery. In this context, all expenses incurred for the return of the order will be fully borne by the customer.

C-"Diar Argan" can not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions due to carrier (or partial strike of postal services and transport and / or communications).
